Knights Fish & Chip Restaurant, it is not officially known about when they opened the doors as a fish and chip shop, but records do confirm that during 1909 fish and chips were sold on the premises. Mary was the sole proprietor and it is believed due to the fact that fish and chips were still a very new concept in England the business had no name and only their reputation in the beginning.
